Hello everyone,
I’ve owned my 2022 Coachmen Pursuit 27XPS since 2022, I am the original owner. I have 2 issues that I have reached out to Coachmen and have really not had any solutions for.

1. Condensation in my basement storage. So bad that it has caused mold and ruined both my Weber grill and blackstone grill as well as camp chairs, the ladder to the bunk and damaged the manual pole for the awning. Initially it was only an issue on the small cabinet on the drivers side so we didn’t use it. But then after about 6 months it was the large passenger side cabinet. So 2 cabinets useless. We were told it’s the seals and to check/redo them every 6 months. That wasn’t the issue. The doors don’t leak. We crawled under to see if shining a light we could see anything wrong where water could get in. The rug on the bottom usually is dry but then will be damp to the touch so it is condensation building up. They have no solutions. Anyone have thoughts??

2. This one is a SAFETY issue. There are no visors/shades in the Pursuit. They have since installed them on the 24/25 model years. The sun is blinding and is dangerous. I have also been talking with them since the purchase and they have no solutions. They say electric shades can’t be retrofitted. This was obviously a HUGE mistake on their part which they thankfully corrected. Can someone recommend a solution?

Thank you,

Jill

I’m sure you have reached out to Coachman, but I included contacts. You may not be able to get them to take care of this with out a charge. I would reach out to Nate. We just returned from there and had some things done in the shop. Rates are reasonable and we felt they were fair on the charge.
Reach out to the sales contact first, Scott Shinall it looks like. I did get another name years back and I think he led to our help in 2022. Rick Ross I think was his name, not sure if he is just over Class C or all motorhomes.
You will need to be president and call often. I think I have read about this in the past. Stay on it they need to help you. Move up the ladder, everyone has a boss. Good luck. Do not let up stay on it.
