This is another LIz Amazing video, so yeah, let's just skip past her annoying parts and listen to the customer story. I set this video to start when the Tiffin owner starts talking to save you from the drama queen part.

I have no issue with Liz. While some bristle at her style, I think her heart is in the right place.

The bottom line is Leigh Tiffin needs to step up and prove he deserves to be considered the best company president in the industry. I suspect he will.

I suspect that Tiffin will do the right thing eventually. Unfortunately, that is not happening quickly.

Sad to see a once top of the line company fall so far these days.

When looking at Super Cs we did see a new Tiffin version. Was very disappointed in the quality in what we could see in the surface.

A friend from Boise just spent two weeks in AL at the Tiffin site, getting her 2026 Tiffin warranty work done. They actually started to head home yesterday. I don't know what model they have tho.

My point was that he didn’t spend the time testing the unit before writing a check. He didn’t plan to camp locally to get things finished, and didn’t realize that all new units have trouble.

He was foolish to fly and drive away same day.

He should have at least used a 3rd party inspection service before writing a check.

Things like camera, mirrors, gfi circuits needing reset are all typical issues in new production.

My Newmar punch list was over 200 items on the first day. Most were simple small things but this is expected and doesn’t warrant the video content.

The engine issues and axle seals are also typical and not such a big deal.

Not until he mentioned the front cap structure then the slide structure was there anything that warrants or justifies a buyback.

The sidewall repair is where he is 100% correct. Either complete new skin like original or buyback. Nothing else should be considered.

Oh you are not wrong.

I have been saying this for the past 15 years dealing Newmar.

Quality control is crap. As buyers there are expectations of various issues that we have dealt with that we should not.

This guys story probably means more to those first time buyers and is probably a good thing to get out. My comments where more about how a seasoned buyer might perceive it.

Either way, the industry needs quality control and needs everyone demanding quality.
