Everything on that list means 1/2 Ton truck isn't going to work. Sorry.
Keep in mind 7 people in any RV means a very crowded space, even if you had dual opposing slides.
You would probably need a newer 5th wheel and a 1 ton truck as a starting point. Think 2 baths.
