I have a 50 amp 5th wheel. Looking at staying at a park with only 30am amp. It will be in Pa and April so I’m not worried about ac but what should I expect to not be able to use?

If you're not running the a/c's you should be fine. Otherwise you can run one 15k btu a/c only, running that a/c and the microwave or a blowdryer at the same time will likely trip the breaker at the pedestal. You're dropping from 100 amps/ 12,000 total watts, two 120v 50 amp 6,000 watt legs down to 30 amps 3600 total watts, one 120v 30 amp 3600 watt leg. If you can run the water htr on gas that will help. Running the elect. refer and the one a/c concurrently will be fine. If electric heat you may have an issue running it and the microwave concurrently.
