Hi - I am new to this site, and new to a travel trailer. I just purchased some land with a well only - but need some power. Can anyone suggest what type or wattage I will need I’m looking at solar generator options. It is for part-time use only - keep battery charged - charge electronics and use of TV or occasional heat. Thanks for any info … Sue

Occasional heat will be your issue....a couple panels and a charge controller would handle the rest of your list for you, but heating requires more wattage than all the rest combined. You will need to look at what heater/s you will be using, get the wattage of those devices and the rest of your electrical wants and needs and then design a system from there. There are many youtube videos and solar system calculaters you can use to educate yourself on the best way to proceed and get in the ballpark of what you will need.
