3610 mid bunk air flow

I have a 3610 Z and the mid bunk air is having issues with being able to blow air hard and then after a while when it has warmed up, it barely blows at all. I have tried switching over to the four vents on the ceiling and switching back, but it is the same. No airflow until I rest it for hours on end. Does anybody else have this issue?
