We had a film on the front on our 2006 Winnebago - Great until the motorhome was about 9 years old, then it began to look like bugs are all over it. Evidently it was mildew behind the shield or something like that. We finally just had it removed prior to selling. I noticed they are still putting the stuff on motorhomes... does it hold up better than it used to?
It’s very bad when it fails, and it’s expensive and tedious to remove. Thoughts? I’m not liking the newer RVs in the size we want, so I’m looking at MHs that are already several years old, and wondering about that film.
