A/C question

We have a 2005 Allegro Bus and I have a question. It has 2 heat pumps in the roof. It is plugged in to shore power but when I set the thermostat to “cool” mode nothing happens. The A/C does not come on and neither does the blower. Any idea what it could be?

First, what's the ambient temperature and the thermostat setting?

Crickets? I had and issue with my RV that i could not solve and 3 shops had no clue
.The 1st reply to my post was the solution..something I had never even considered..20 bucks fixed it..so I for one value forums like this..but you. Need patience. Takes time for you issue to be seen and responded to..most of us arent sitting at the computer waiting for your question.
