Two issues with AC:
1. Had RV AC replaced and it puts out cool air. I'm in 92 degrees right now and get about 80 degrees in the RV. I suspect this is to be expected but I thought I'd check.

2. Engine AC: puts out nice cold air when idling or driving on level ground, but there is no forced air coming out whenever there is a load on the engine. What is at the vents is cold, forced air or not. As a carpenter, my mechanical ignorance tells me it's a slipping fan belt. I don't hear any squeal or smell any burnt smell. What else could it be?

Are the vents vacuum opporated? Yes? Look for vacuum leaks.
