AC issues with new camper

We are very concerned. We purchased a 2022 Cedar Creek fifth wheel. The AC is not keeping the camper at set temperature.
We took it immediately back to dealer . We only had it 3 days.
Any ideas from anyone? It has the dometic fully ducted system with 2 15000 units
Air temp outside 79 air can’t get to to 68 stayed on 74 degrees meeting with general manager tomorrow ideas??

Low on refrigerant? Airflow to the condenser or the evaporator blocked? Condenser fan not turning - blows heat away from the hot, compressed refrigerant. Bad thermostat or thermostat sensor at the entry to the evaporator??? Evaporator iced up?
