AC Switch Wiring

(1994 Fleetwood Bounder 34C) I just installed a pair of SoftStart units in my two AC's, and they're running great. with that done, now I want to bypass the AC selector so that the two AC's can run simultaneously. I took apart the switch and was a bit surprised at the sheer complexity. Seems it's a 'Salzar S220' switch, with 16 contact points. I've got 4 wire bundles coming into the box, each with White/Black/Bare copper.

Anyone have ideas how to rewire this? I assume two of the wires are 110V each, and the other two are the AC's.. But I only have the one breaker so I'm not exactly sure what's going on here.

Just posting here that I found this wiring diagram, which appears to be accurate. (From here: How to Run Both Airs - iRV2 Forums)

So the 4 wire bundles are Shore power, Gen power, Front AC, and Rear AC... Which means I might be able to simply bundle up the wires by color and connect them.

Would there be any problems directly connecting the Shore & Gen power like this?
