Added a Carplay monitor

My wife is the navigator and always uses her iphone in addition to the Garmin 1095 for route directions so I added a 10.25" iphone/android display monitor. It was only $89 on Amazon and by the time my wife added a credit she had and a coupon we paid $34 for it. I've ingeniously hidden all the cables for a tidy install.

It can only be powered by a 12v power outlet/lighter socket. You do not have to physically connect your phone like you do in a car.

It has a built in speaker but you can connect to your car stereo 3 different ways, 2 are wireless. It runs everything on your phone and can do it from quite a distance.

Sure, this is the one I purchased, click pic to see. It was an Amazon Choice. There's a coupon on the page bringing the price to $71.99, it come with a backup camera I won't use as I have one.

There's a newer model of this that's 11.5" with coupon on page it's $99.99 regularly $149.99. I considered it but really didn't want the bigger size, I was concerned it be a little too big where I wanted to put it.
