There's a certain amount of integrity to that. If they did, they might sound a little conceited.

A fly came into the barn tru a crack in the wall. He is very hungry and dived onto a large pile of cow manure, and eats way too much, and attempts to fly but can't.
He looks around and sees a shovel paying against the wall right at the crack in the wall and figures he can climb up to the handle and glide outside.

He climbs up and jumps off the handle and being too heavy, splat!

The moral of the story?

Don't fly off the handle when you are full of crap.
