Advice to Purchasing a used Rockwood Aframe,

We are empty nesters considering buying a used 2016 A122 Rockwood premier, from its owner, any advice? While looking at it, we noticed the outside storage outside tray table was wet. When examining the unit, from inside it looked great. The owner was unable to explain this but stated her husband had washed it. There were no signs of water damage anywhere, has this happened to anyone?

Good morning,
Looking at the pictures and a video of this unit. This is an A-Frame, correct? What area are you talking about? Some have a front storage box between the coupler and the body of the unit. The only table shown in what I looked at was inside area as a dining table.
