Coleman A/C united went out in 2022 Renegade 40 ERB. Coleman was very difficult for my dealer to work with. They accepted warranty responsibility but would not provide a shipping date. My RV has been waiting a month for this unit which came today. Has antone else had such poor service from Coleman?

No but I know if several 2023 models including mine that have AC failures Renegade shipped out mine, and a buddy of mine’s very promptly. We were inside the one-year manufactures warranty with Renegade so we did not have to deal with a Coleman. I’m not very impressed with these Coleman Mac 10 units the last RV I had the Dometic units. I had no issues with them over a six year period putting 40,000 miles on it.
