All packed up ready to leave in the morning so it's Air Fryer night as I have wings turning colors and soon fuzz. I tried a different recipe and this one really came out nice with a few lessons learned for next time.
The wings were a little overcooked for my liking so I'd back down the time, I also didn't have as many wings as the recipe called for (first mistake).
Pro Tip: When melting butter in the microwave, cover the bowl. Yeah, that...
When mixing in refrigerated wings sauce with melted butter you'll get a nice COLD sauce. Don't do that...heat it!
Overall very good. Quicker and better than my pellet grill versions, really enjoying the air fryer.
Ohhh, another issue. As it was cooking I noticed it getting hazy in the coach. Yep, smoke. Probably wasn't far from setting off the smoke detector so windows opened and fans on.
