Alliance Delta Roof Damage?

Hello,

This afternoon, my wife and I climbed onto the roof of our 2024 Delta Alliance to give it a good scrub. From what I've read, the roof is completely safe to stand/walk on. As we were cleaning, I started to notice some indentations on the roof where we were stepping. We were barefoot to try and avoid any extra weight.

Has anyone else seen this?... Is the roof damaged now?

Any help/input would be great.

What is your roof construction? Could it be a membrane over a relativly thin wood or composit subskin, supported on frames?

A few years back, some rv roofs were constructed as EPDM membrane over luan panel or plywood with frames under that. Commonly referred to as "rubber roofs".

I mention that type only because the photos give the appearence of perhaps a supporting sub-skin having flexed downward under foot pressure, pulling on the surface material a bit, leaving it somewhat slack afterwards all around the circumference of where the foot was, creating a bunched up appearance.

My theory falls apart if you did not notice significant deflection (oil canning, we used to say) as you placed your feet.

But these photos don't seem to show any torn places where water could enter, so maybe it is not a concern. And who knows- perhaps after a few days in the sun it will relax and the marks willl diminish somewhat, or smooth completely back out.
