Hi everyone.
My wife and I are almost ready to buy. I retired from corporate life about 5 years ago after almost 40 years in IT. We have lived in a number of places, Houston, Memphis, Knoxville, South Bend, IN, Quincy, IL, Charlotte and Raleigh. We are now back home. We spent the last few years raising Angus beef and Katahdin sheep here in NE Arkansas. We sold all the animals early this summer.
I am a thorough researcher, and obsessive analyzer. I have been looking at RVs for almost two years. I have been all over the map. This last year I have settled on a class c motorhome. My top three contenders are:
I have always tried to buy cars based of the quality of their manufacture and have tried to do the same on an RV. Boy that has been a tough nut to crack. The last couple of years have turned the world upside down, especially the RV world. Crowded RV parks, long lead times, quality issues, dealers so busy they can't see straight. I am still waiting to let things get back to something resembling normal. Will it? Who knows!
I sure would appreciate any Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid from you guys.
We are also looking to purchase a spot in Mission Texas. Is anyone familiar with that area?
Thanks all
