Thank you for your insight. I've experienced the crosswinds in New Mexico and Colorado in a minivan and they are frightening even in a small vehicle. I'll explore information regarding the Comfort drive as it sounds like a great help. Have you had issues with finding places to park with a longer unit, especially any information regarding Canadian camping? I'll check out Steve's listing.

The only place we have gone in Canada with our RV was the Niagara Falls area a few years ago and I think we stayed at a KOA there while towing a trailer with our motorcycle. So I would have had a pull-thru site that was at least 55' long for my old RV + trailer combo to fit. Can't speak to anything else.
