At REV in Decatur. A few small repairs and training yesterday, a little paint today (oops) and we'll probably be here through the weekend. Jay and Mark were so accommodating. Jodi, at the front, set it all up. Neat place. FYI 50 at all parking spots. Potable water and dump easy access at the rear. Laundry inside with 24 hr access.

We were there in late June 2024 getting a couple of small warranty items taken care of on our 2024 Holiday Rambler Nautica 34RX which we purchased in June 2023. I was impressed how helpful, courteous and professional everybody was. Very nice, clean and accommodating facility. IMHO the only thing a little sketchy about the place was the dump station. Maybe they changed it since then but there wasn't a sign that said "Potable Water' on the post so we actually drove thru the parking lot and asked just to make sure.
Met and talked with a lot of nice 'campers' there. One guy a couple spots away from us had a 2018 American Coach. He not only carried a spare part for most things, he actually carried a spare for the spare. We found a nice city park where we could legally let our Weimaraner stretch her legs which was nice.

We've been to the REV Coburg OR location (former Monaco production facility) for repairs. They have about a dozen back in 50 amp with water sites, The sewer dump is near the exit. The customer service and quality of work is the Gold Standard in our experience!
