How do you lube and what do you use for a 2019 Montana fifth wheel awnings? Moving slow and making a noise.

I have not had an issue with my awning, but I suppose I would use something like JB80 and spray the pivot points and where the bushings are for the shaft the awning rolls end.

I like blasters Teflon spray, when dry dirt does not collect on it.

Is it a Carefree branded awning? On my last DP I would rub a little bees wax on it. I found it wasn't the pivot points that was slowing it down or rubbing but the arm sliding up and down. Also, if you use it a lot watch as it goes out and in. If the outside housing where the motors are wobbles a little then it is time to reset those self taping screws. They will tend to waller out a little over the years.
