after extending awning, began to get a recurring 'beep'. label on extended rod said over-extension could damage awning. Would think there would be a cutoff to prevent, but in any case, 'beep' continued even after retracting, and we had to de-couple power under forward endcap to stop.
Cannot find anything in manual on possible cause, fix, how to reset 'beep' etc.
