Awning Retraction Issues

We recently replaced the domatic automatic awning over our patio. Replacing it went pretty good and it extends as expected. However, when I go to retract it, it stops after 3-5 seconds. I walk away for 10 min, come back, push retract and it moves for 3-5 seconds again. So basically it won’t retract all the way in all at once. It eventually retracts all the way, but it take 5+ times to do it over a 20 min period of time. Any idea what’s causing this?

I had the issue before. What do you need to do please take down one of the sides from the rods and wind up the tension on it and it will solve all your issues
