How To Awning won't open

Just purchased a 2015 Cherokee Grey Wolf 19rr. Got it home. The awning opener doesn't work. I can hear the inverter working when I push the toggle switch, but no action.

What do you mean when you hear the inverter working? An inverter converts 12V to 120V. Are you meaning you hear the motor working? IF that's the case you will need to get a ladder and look for a sheared pin or something broken by the motor. IF you hear a relay click then check for 12V at the relay supplying the motor or a blown fuse.

Could it possibly just be stuck? One side may need some help. Someone on the ladder and another person on the button can help diagnose that.
