My 2015 Coachmen Freelander house battery has a problem when trying to pull a charge from the chassis battery. 110v land and generator work fine. I have checked the solenoid/coil & both buss fuses and they all checked out fine. The supply coming into the solenoid from chassis and joined house battery are reading 24.0v on the multimeter. The yellow ignition wire (for lack of a better description) connecting to the solenoid is reading 12.0volts. Somewhere I'm missing something. Its not sending a charge to the House battery.

If the solenoid is energized, 12vdc across the coil connections, you should have zero volts across the two battery connections. If you don't have zero volts, solenoid should be replaced. Is it warm to the touch?

If the small wires read 12vdc and it's not warm it's bad.
