Where in the USA is the best place to go buy used RVs?
The wife and I are going to buy one soon and we are willing to drive just about anywhere in the country to buy it, hook up and go from there.
I've heard of massive RV/Trailer sales in places like Phoenix and Mesa?

Wherever it is you find the one you want. You don't buy from a location or dealer, you buy from where the RV is that you want and then best price if multiple.

Try RV Trader. They have rv's listed by private owners & Dealers as well. And you can search a specified distance, or nationwide.

I have found pedatarvcenter.com to be a good source for used RVs to start looking at prices, styles, models, etc. I have found that I can get ideas on price ranges for particular models and style here to know if you are in a good starting place.

When you find the unit you want, you need to think about picking it up. For example, if the "perfect unit" is a 10 hour one way trip, does that really work for you? Are you the kind of buyer that will buy without touching it? Can you realistically make 1 trip to look and another trip to pick up? Having the whole country as a shopping center is really good but can also present big challenges. Proper ownership papers and how money needs to flow can also be a challenge.
If you need a hand with financing or the ownership paperwork, let us know.
Thank you,
Ken

https://mhsrv.com located in Texas. Looked a lot on there before we purchased ours. Good selection and pricing. Easy to use website.
