Blocked Sink - 2009 Fleetwood

Hi, I hope someone can help ......

The kitchen sink in our 2009 Regal 355RLQS wont drain.
I have disassembled the trap, removed the air vent and used a snake down the discharge pipe - no luck.
The bathroom sink and shower are draining fine.
Any suggestions?

By the way, I just found a third knife valve between the wheels directly across from the blocked sink. Anybody know what this valve is for?

Known as a gate valve, that is the valve for the kitchen drain.
