A prepared person, a little skill, knowledge, proper tools and practice can access almost any space.

Loose your house key... no problem. Most house locks can be opened easily.

Now you don't need hours of practice, just a little knowledge and the proper tool.

 
I doubt potential thieves are monitoring RV forums for housebreaking tips. :) In any case the poster of that video, lockpickinglawyer, is all about how to to pick about any lock and has a BUNCH of videos.
My experience with amateur lock picking is that it takes a least some investment in tools, quite a bit of practice, and a little patience. The average burglar cares naught for any of that. As long as it's easier to kick in a door or break a window for quick gratification the great majority are not bothering with locks.
