Bottom board ( underbelly)

We have a 2019 310BHS Open Range. The bottom board looks to be riveted on to the frame. Has anyone delt with this. I wanted to drop the bottom board to inspect my tanks and to run some wires for solar set up but it looks like I would have to drill all of them out just to remove it and they are about a foot apart all the way down the frame. Any suggestions, is there a secret tool to remove them

Sounds like you enjoy projects. Personally, I do too, but I wouldn't remove the underbelly unless I had a problem.

Is your solar something you set-up? I can always find a way to pull a few wires without that much effort.

Removing the underbelly cover is probably the easiest part of the undertaking. Getting it back in place with no gaps for air to get in and rip it loose is quite another challenge. Plus all the insulation that's under there that needs to be held in place while trying to replace the coroplast underbelly would be a huge task.

We had the underbelly rip loose while going down the road once a number of years ago. A water leak had weighed down the insulation. It was ugly and an unbelievable challenge. I had a professional handle it for us, and I'm generally a tight-wad DIY'er.
