Hi everyone, new to this site and this is my first post. I have a 2019 Heartland Pioneer. Following my first, and so far only trip with this camper, upon arriving home and backing into its parking spot, I pinched the trailer cord between my bumper and the trailer frame. Initially I made repairs to the severed wires but ultimately replaced it with a new cord. All is wired correctly but the brake lights and turn signals will not work. Same condition following repairs and before replacing cord. The bulbs are good. I’m wondering if there is a fuse somewhere onboard the camper? I did a quick visual of all the fuses in the panel, and they all looked good but haven’t yet tested with a meter. Unfortunately, they are not clearly labeled. One change that was made, I added a backup camera/license plate frame and tapped into one of the side running lights to power it. The camera and all the running lights work, so I can’t imagine that as the culprit.
Thanks,
Sam

My guess would be there is a fuse in the tow vehicle for the trailer lights.
