Yes, it's an owner based park so one of those, it is beautiful, the area is stunning. Must see! I may be broken down here permanently.
 
I will be, sadly, launching a gofundme. I'm in trouble and need help, help buying a little ole fixer upper in Breckenridge, CO so I can have a roof over my head. Poor me. Goal needed to buy. 12 million. I know I know, I should ask for 15 but let's not be greedy.
