Bunk Removal, Anyone?

We just purchased a 2021 28ft Wildwood X-Lite, and it has 4 bunk beds in the back (1 lower & 1 upper on each side). We want to remove 1 of the upper bunks, and ate wondering if anyone in the group has done this. Thanks!
