Hello all and thanks in advance. New to the RV world so have no real experience. My neighbor down the block is selling this RV. I did not take pictures but I will. The outside looks to be in very good condition.

Can anyone share feedback about this RV and whether the price is fair? Thanks.

Not sure what roof relocated means.

Honestly w/o exact model, options, reasonable assessment of overall condition you just can't say. Thor is a price point brand and this one is 21 y.o. with a lot of miles on a gas engine.

My comment was due to a quick search of Thor Majestic and found a 2020 23A for 24,994 and many others plus or minus a couple thousand.

Find out the exact model and you can get a better idea of the value, also if you can get eyes on it check the date codes on the tires, replacing those will be 4-6k depending if needed.
