Following this because I may end up in the same boat. Have you checked the back of the existing monitor for a model or part number? Triple Vision used a few different monitor setups over the years, so matching the connector style and camera compatibility matters more than just screen size.
If the original monitor is dead, it may also be worth looking at retrofit kits that adapt newer multi-camera LCD monitors to existing Triple Vision camera wiring instead of hunting for an exact replacement. (rvcams.com⁠)
