Camper not receiving power when connected to generator

So today I discovered that there is a problem with the RV. The generator works fine. To avoid confusion I live in Europe, have an european RV that accepts 220-240V and I bought an european generator that outputs 230VAC 50Hz. As soon as there is a fix I will post here.
