I recently stayed at a COE campground that had an old cemetery in it. There was a donation box and a sign said it was maintained by the donations from kindhearted people. Most of the grave markers were old and quite weathered with the exception of these five confederate unknown soldier markers that were obviously relatively new. Perhaps some civil war reenactment group pays for their maintenance. This is certainly not something you see every day at a campground.
