New to the rv world. Does anyone know if 25 ft airstream would be able to have full campsite rather than lined up in a row?

Welcome @Beezer. When you make a reservation you'll specify the length of your RV and sometimes tow vehicle to be included. They'll pair your RV to the proper site in their campground. I expect you'll get a campsite just like any other RV longer or shorter. Welcome to the great world and journey of RVing.

If you go to a state park, you will usually have a semi private site, usually vegetation between sites. If you go to a commercial campground you will have less space and less privacy. (like parking lot camping)
If you boondock, say, in a BLM, you will be in control of your view and your neighbor closeness.
