Mine was faded to almost white color. Bought a replacement while at Newmar.
Now I have a shade for it while in storage. Made it from a piece of plastic siding.
Prevents it from getting hit directly by sunlight, and hopefully reduces fading?

Uh that wouldn't have anything to do with the tools and that long narrow suspicious looking packaging on the bumper would it? I could add one too, but instead focused on lane changing rather than stopping, and added three more side turn signals to each side. Seemed like a good idea, but it hasn’t made much difference.
More like the original one was falling to pieces kinda like the clearance lights. It was either replace it or have a big hole there, might as well make it shinny and bright.
