I don't see why not...

The solar panels aren't just charging your house batteries, they are supplying power to the entire 12v system (at least in theory). Just plug whatever charging connection the device has into appropriate power connection, if it only charges via 120v A/C you'll need to use an inverter. If it draws more than you solar can supply you'll be discharging your house battery of course.
 
yes you can easily charge . I recently had a new generator from a brand rocksolar .It seems great for price and efficiency.

There is always a compatibility issue!!!

Directly from the panels,the things that you need to know are:

The maximum voltage the controller in your solar generator can handle.

The maximum watts the controller can handle.

However charging using your inverter would work without knowing the above information using the house power charger.
