I would contact Progressive.
 
So all you trouble shooters out there. Does this likely mean the surge protector is bad.
It could mean that the female plug on the Progressive or the male plug on the coach cord could be problematic. Also, it could be something internal to the Progressive unit.

Call Progressive; they are very good at troubleshooting, and the unit has a lifetime warranty.
