Commode won’t stop filling up!

Hello all, we have a 2022 Allegro RED 360, 38KA; the commode in the master bath won’t stop filling with water. Has anyone experienced this and if so, did you figure out how to solve the issue? Would love your thoughts! Thank you!

Water flush valve is not closing. If your model has a pedal put your toe under the pedal and lift it up.

Thanks…no pedal. It has the electronic touch pad for flushing.
