I have recently purchased a 2016 Mini Winne. I plugged it in to a 20 amp . circuit and found the converter was bad. Is this a common problem.

How did you determine the converter is defective? No voltage output or fuses blown, or just not charging the battery? What works and what doesn't work?

I had no voltage output. I took it out and there is a blown fuse and a capacitor on the board is blown.

Sounds as though you need to contact Progressive Dynamics. Maybe a new one should be on order.
