Cool Cat heater pump/Air condition kicks off

My Cool Cat heater pump/ Air condition kicks off with oanan 2800 generator after 30 minutes of blowing cold air, normally can't bring the generator back online until a cool down of 40 to 1 hour. I Had Cummings do a complete tune up wit new carb 3 weeks. Generator load is good with microwave and other loads. What is the problem?
