Question corrosion powder in compartment 26a minnie winnie

I have corrosion powder coming out of the black box in the compartment right behind the driver seat. Can anyone tell me what's in that black box? Seems to me that it's probably corrosion from Maybe the12volt. Battery line going to the generator Doesn't look very easy to get into that's for sure. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Don't know what the powder is, but I would remove the black cover to take a peek and pics to share. If it is battery corrosion, a baking soda water solution should be used to neutralize the acid.
