Has anyone been through Cottonwood pass recently (since it’s been paved)? I’m towing my 40’ fifth wheel with my F250. I’m trying to decide if it’s better to take Cottonwood pass (the most direct route to our campsite) or just take the longer way through Gunnison. Any input is appreciated.
 
Welcome to RVForums @JeffA. I'm not familiar and maybe others can help but I know when I was in AZ heading north (foolishly) this past December I discovered the state's road web site where they published conditions/closures, etc. so that may help as a resource. or state police for that matter.
