Hi ...

I recently have had an opportunity to buy a 2017 Winnie Drop 170S for $18K. The owners are dear friends (practically family) who I totally trust ... the husband (my best friend) died last year, and the wife wants just to get out from under it. Also, I know the husband took meticulous care of this thing (as he did everything he owned). It has heat, AC, fridge, microwave, television. He also did some upgrades in the bathroom and the seating area. It has a lift, electric tongue jack, anti-sway bars ... about 3K in upgrades.

If I might be planning to get into the life at some point, is this too good a deal to pass up? It seems to make so much difference that I would be buying it from people I know and trust.

Edit: Oops, just realized this should have gone to the 'Help with Buying/Selling' forum
