Hello, my name is Neal and I'm a terrible cook! I'm seeking a friendly griddle, one that is induction cooktop compatible and is NOT DOMED and is non stick as my cleaning skills are on par with my cooking skills! I keep finding these griddles that are raised in the middle and we are not a good match. We argue and I never win. Today I tried to cook two fried eggs and they slid to the side. The rejection is real! Can anyone match me with a FLAT griddle that works on an induction cooktop so my eggs stay in one friggin place????

Desperately seeking...thank you.

Interesting but concerning Q/A related to induction:

I use it and have no trouble at all. I typically use it set at 5.

Nah, looking for something smaller for eggs, pancakes, etc. i.e. single burner size.

Sorry. I thought you were looking for something big enough to let you cook breakfast for LadyDI and I when you are up at Polson next summer. Guess not. Apparently, we'll have to go out for breakfast. ;)

I've got you both covered, extra large box of poptarts!! :) But in the interim while I'm taking cooking lessons on frying eggs, I need a griddle :)
