Regarding the tail lights of the Tow vehicle, the set we are using disables all battery power in the vehicle, ie battery interrupt solenoid. The tail lights will then be powered by the RV power system using same or parallel circuits to the vehicle light circuits.
When the car resorts to self powered, no RV attached, what keeps the trailer wiring from being powered by the vehicle battery? Diodes in trailer wiring blocking back flow of current?
