Dometic mach 3+ issue

I recently replaced my a/c with a dometic mach 3+. The original was also a mach 3. I purchased a new controller for use with a heat strip as well as a heat strip. I connected wires as described in directions. The ac unit comes on but does not actually produce cold air. The fan speed does not change when adjusted at the thermostat. The heat strip does not appear to work at all. Thanks in advance.

Did you also upgrade the Thermostat? And a Mach 3 and 3+ is made by Coleman.

You are correct, they are made by coleman. Not sure why I had dometic on the brain. I did not replace/upgrade the thermostat. The thermostat is a coleman mach. I have new replacement but have not replaced it yet.

No fan control makes me think it is wired wrong. You should be able to tell if the compressor kicks in as it shudders a little. Check and recheck the wires.
