Domicile/ Residency Question

Hello,
I am a full-time RVer. It appears that the government and financial institutions require a domicile address. I need to establish a domicile address in Northeast suburban Illinois. Renting, property purchase, or using a family member or friends address unfortunately is not an option for me. I have read that renting a PO box is not considered an acceptable solution for establishing a domicile. Hopeful that someone in a similar situation has figured out a solution?

I use a PMB(personal mailbox).

Although it is the "I'm going to control you " methodology the fed has adopted. Some states are more lenient.
